一、什么是一般过去时？

一般过去时（Simple Past Tense） 用来描述 过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态。

关键词：事情已经发生过了！

时间标志词（信号词）：

注意： 用了 didn't 之后，动词一定要恢复原形！

三、规则动词的过去式变化

大部分英语动词的过去式是规则的，有规律可循：

注意： 以 y 结尾但 y 前面是元音（a,e,i,o,u）时，直接加 -ed： play → played（y前面是a，直接加） enjoy → enjoyed（y前面是o，直接加）

四、规则动词过去式发音

过去式 -ed 有三种发音：

口诀： 清读/t/，浊读/d/，t/d 结尾读 /ɪd/。

除了规则动词，英语中还有一些 不规则动词，它们的过去式变化不遵循上述规则，需要单独记忆。虽然五年级重点学习规则动词，但了解一些常见的不规则动词也很有用：

记忆小窍门： 不规则动词虽然没有统一的规律，但有些词的变化形式相似。比如：buy→bought, bring→brought, think→thought 都有 -ought 结尾的规律。等五年级下册我们会专门学习不规则动词表。

变否定句不难办，

常见错误1：忘记动词变过去式

❌ I visit my grandma yesterday. ✅ I visited my grandma yesterday.

错误原因：看到 yesterday 知道是过去时，但忘了把 visit 变成 visited。

常见错误2：否定句中用了过去式

❌ I didn't visited the museum. ✅ I didn't visit the museum.

错误原因：否定句中 didn't 已经表达了「过去」，后面的动词不需要再变成过去式。

常见错误3：疑问句中动词用了过去式

❌ Did you watched TV? ✅ Did you watch TV?

错误原因：和否定句一样，疑问句中 did 已经表达了「过去」的含义。

常见错误4：混淆 y 结尾的规则

❌ He played football.（没错） ❌ She studied English.（没错） 但要注意： ❌ They enjoyed the movie.（enjoy 以元音+y 结尾，直接加 ed） ✅ They enjoyed the movie.

常见错误5：忘记双写

❌ She claped her hands. ✅ She clapped her hands.

stop→stopped, clap→clapped, plan→planned, drop→dropped 都需要双写。

常见错误6：助动词与be动词混淆

❌ Did you were happy? ✅ Were you happy?（be动词的过去时）

注意：be动词（am/is/are）的过去式不需要加did： - am/is → was：I was happy. - are → were：You were happy. - 否定：I was not happy. / You were not happy. - 疑问：Were you happy?
