一般过去时完全指南 — Simple Past Tense
一般过去时是英语中最常用的时态之一。当我们谈论已经发生的动作或过去的状态时，就要用到它。简单来说，就是"讲过去的事"。
一、什么是一般过去时？
定义： 表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态。
常用时间状语：

二、动词的变化
一般过去时中，动词要用过去式。
2.1 规则动词的过去式变化

💡 巧记口诀： am/is→was, are→were, have/has→had, do/does→did, go→went, eat→ate, see→saw, buy→bought, 不规则动词慢慢背，多用几次就记住！
三、句子结构
3.1 肯定句
主语 + 动词过去式 + 其他
例句： - I watched a movie yesterday. - She visited her grandparents last weekend. - They went to Beijing last summer.
3.2 否定句
主语 + didn't + 动词原形 + 其他
注意： 用了 didn't 之后，动词变回原形！
例句： - I didn't watch TV last night. - She didn't go to school yesterday. - We didn't have lunch at home.
3.3 一般疑问句
Did + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其他？
答语： Yes, 主语 + did. / No, 主语 + didn't.
例句： - Did you visit your aunt yesterday? → Yes, I did. / No, I didn't. - Did she finish her homework? → Yes, she did. / No, she didn't.
3.4 be动词的特殊性
be动词（was / were）在变为否定句和疑问句时，不需要借助did：

- ⚠️ 用did后动词用原形！"Did she went?" ❌ → "Did she go?" ✓
