一、什么是一般过去时

一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态。常和表示过去的时间状语连用。

常见时间标志词： last night（昨晚）、yesterday（昨天）、two days ago（两天前）、a week ago（一周前）、in 2023（在2023年）…

二、动词过去式变化规则

1. 规则变化

一般情况 +ed：play→played, work→worked
以e结尾 只+d：like→liked, dance→danced
辅音字母+y结尾 变y为i再加ed：study→studied, hurry→hurried
重读闭音节 双写末尾字母+ed：stop→stopped, plan→planned

2. 不规则变化（重点背）

am/is → was，are → were
go → went，come → came
do → did，have → had
see → saw，eat → ate
buy → bought，teach → taught
take → took，get → got，make → made

三、句型结构

1. 肯定句

主语 + 动词过去式 + (其他) 例： I went to the park yesterday.

2. 否定句

主语 + didn't + 动词原形 + (其他) 例： I didn't watch TV last night.

3. 一般疑问句

Did + 主语 + 动词原形 + (其他)? 例： Did you visit your grandparents last weekend? 肯定回答：Yes, I did. 否定回答：No, I didn't.

四、易错点提醒

⚠️ 否定句和疑问句中，动词要还原成原形，不能再用过去式！ - ❌ I didn't went…… ❌ Did you went…… - ✅ I didn't go…… ✅ Did you go……
